Horse Registration $85
Foal Registration $70 (ALL paperwork, documents, photographs and payment for registration must be submitted before December 31st of the year foaled, to be eligible for this discounted rate.)

Transfer of Ownership (Registration Certificate will be reprinted) $60
Transfer from the American Friesian Association (a new FSA Registration Certificate will be issued) $75 *Horses transferring registration from the AFA to the FSA must be DNA tested.
Change of Horse's Name (Registration Certificate will be reprinted) $35 (*A horse's name may not be changed if he/she has any offspring registered with the FSA.)
Upgrade Horse to one of the Elite Books (Registration Certificate will be reprinted) $25
Upgrade Mare to indicate a Mare Predicate (Registration Certificate will be reprinted) $25
Upgrade Stallion to indicate Breeding Approval or Provisional Approval $25 (Registration Certificate will be reprinted)
DNA Testing $45
A copy of your horse's genetic Marker Report will be sent to you with your horse's FSA Registration Certificate.
Stallion Directory Listing FREE for approved stallions, or $100 for unapproved stallions

For your convenience, you may also pay your horse registration fees via PayPal (see the link at right in the green box.) Registration will be completed and processed upon receipt of Registration Application and other required paperwork (as outlined on the Registration Application), etc. You must INCLUDE A COPY of the PayPal receipt with your paperwork to verify payment.
INTERNATIONAL REGISTRATIONS & ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION:
If you are registering a horse outside of the US or CANADA you may submit your registration paperwork and photographs electronically (via email) and pay via PayPal. (PayPal will also handle the money conversion.) Please INCLUDE A COPY of the PayPal receipt verifying payment. All paperwork, photographs, etc must be submitted in ONE EMAIL with the horse's name and the owner's name included in the email subject line.

PayPal. Please note there is a $2-$7 additional fee (depending on the form) for using PayPal, to cover PayPal's fees. You must INCLUDE A COPY of the PayPal receipt with your paperwork to verify payment. Fees are non-refundable.
Please note: in the event that a horse's registration cannot be finalized, due to missing or incorrect paperwork, or for any other reason, a processing fee of as much as $25 may be deducted from any refund.
