Registration and other services will be completed
upon receipt of all required paperwork
(required paperwork varies depending on the service.)
You must INCLUDE A COPY OF THE PAYPAL RECEIPT
with your paperwork to verify payment.
Registration paperwork may be submitted electronically if you are registering a horse outside of the USA or Canada.
If you are registering a horse in the USA or Canada please MAIL all registration paperwork and photos to: Friesian Sporthorse Association, PO Box 283, Seville, FL 32190.

All fees are non-refundable.
The only exception: in the event we are unable to register a horse we will refund the registration fee, minus a processing and handling fee not to exceed $25.
Please note there is an additional $3-$8 convenience fee for using PayPal (to cover the fees PayPal charges.) If we invoice you using PayPal you will still be charged a convenience fee for using PayPal, and the convenience fee will be based on the total amount of your invoice.
Inspection Entry Fees may also be paid via PayPal and your inspection entry may be scanned and submitted via email. (NOTE: If an inspection is canceled by the FSA the fees will be fully refunded. Inspection fees are not refundable under any other circumstances.)
